Transducers in Systems

Transducers in Systems

Transducers with a 4 to 20 mA output current signal used to measure the gases concentration in air. Available in plastic and metal housings. The widest range of gas types and the time-tested quality. They are used as part of gas detecting systems.

  • Description
  • Specifications

Transducers are measuring instruments designed to measure the gases and combustible substances (vapours) concentration in atmospheric air form an output signal proportional to the current concentration. Several versions of transducers are available:

  • in a plastic housing. Designed to be installed in explosion-proof areas or in Category V-1b areas;
  • in a metal housing. Designed to be installed in V-1A explosive areas. V-1b, V-1g;
  • with increased vibration resistance. Designed to be installed in both V-1A, V-1b, V-1g explosion-proof areas, and in explosive areas;
  • in heat-insulated heated housing. Designed to be installed in the places with temperatures NLT minus 70° C. Designed to be installed in the explosion-proof areas or in Category V-1b premises only;
  • in a fully shielded housing with the increased noise immunity. Designed to be installed in the explosion-proof and V-1A explosive areas. V-1b, V-1g, where it is possible to use portable radio stations of any frequency range and with a power of NMT 5 W;
  • types: electrochemical, thermocatalytic, photo ionization, optical absorption (infrared).
